Refund Policy 

We want you to feel confident trying Coffeedelphia. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your first order, we offer a full refund—no questions asked and no need to return the product.

For all subsequent orders, please note the following:

  1. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns unless there is an issue such as a damaged delivery.
  2. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after this period.
  3. Any express shipping charges (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or other expedited services) are non-refundable.
  4. Ground shipping charges are non-refundable unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
